The Omnivore’s Dilemma

For my redesign of Michael Pollan's "Omnivore's Dilemma," I drew inspiration from the rustic charm of custom chalk hand lettering often seen in farmers market advertisements. My aim was to highlight the pivotal theme of choice confronting consumers—between consuming meat and plants—by integrating both elements into the book cover design. Additionally, I incorporated the icon of corn, symbolizing its significant, yet often unhealthy, role in agriculture and the contemporary American diet.
